Alright, i know that to pin a topic you go into edit and its supposed to be under the preview/send buttons, right? Well, i cant do that in my forum, just wondering if theres a problem with it.

Yeah, you should be able to. Make sure it is the main post in the thread that you are editing, and it will appear in the "Options" box under the Preview/Send buttons.. sometime the Options box is closed (it has the + box on the right side of it if it is), just press the ticker box to open it (it will be a - box when opened).
