The people only live to be beautiful and only wish to help themselves (its my idea of what the upper class have become in modern society)The story will follow a scientist who discovers that humans similar to those of the 20 century are living in the lower levels of the tower working as mechanics to keep the tower functioning and keep the "Elegant"(humans of the upper levels) comfortable the two peoples are oblivious to each other until the "Beasts"(humans of the lower levels) meet the scientist and it ultimately causes a war between the two.
